The year 2024 Deferment of Admission Fee Payment (April Enrollment)
Period of application:

From Monday, February 19, 2024 to Wednesday, March 27, 2024

Information of the admission fee waiver / deferment for the October enrollment will be announced in August 2024.

The application will not be accepted after the deadline for any reason. When you send the application documents by post, it must be postmarked on or before the deadline.

Deferment of admission fee payment

For students who are recognized as having difficulty in paying the admission fee by the deadline of payment for economic reasons and who are recognized as having outstanding academic capabilities, or students who are recognized as having other unavoidable circumstances, the payment may be deferred by the application.

When you wish to apply for deferment of admission fee payment, submit the application form according to the following instructions.

How to obtain the application form

(1) Download the application form from the website and print it.

(2) Ask for the application form directly at the counter of the Financial Support Section, Student Services Division.

1.Send the application documents to the following address by registered mail

Attention

*Please send the application documents by registered mail (簡易書留 Kan i Kakitome), LetterPack, EMS or any other delivery methods that you can track the status of your parcel.

*Please write "Application documents for Deferment of Admission Fee Payment" in red on the address side of the envelope to be sent.

2.Submit the application documents at the Financial Support Section office counter

The application must be submitted in person (Any application by proxy will not be accepted).

Result:

The result of application for deferment of the admission fee payment will be posted on the Student Affairs Information System in early May (April enrollment) and early November (October enrollment).

Important:

* The application will not be accepted for any reason after the deadline .
* Any claim after the deadline will not be accepted.
